This position will be focused on overseeing all aspects of the workforce administration and other daily HR transactions in Workday, including coordinating special projects during the year.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Recognized as the face of the organization and the employee brand ambassador to ensure that each employee experience meets our standard of operational excellence
- This role will monitor workload, direct priorities and create escalations as needed for other employees on the HR Operations team
- This person will be the second level escalation for any issues and complications that arise
- Collaborates with cross functional teams including: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, IT and hiring managers to maintain and support employee life-cycle processes in and outside of Workday, our HR system of record
- Supports complex administration of Human Resources tasks including, adhering to SLAs, accurately entering transactions in Workday and maintaining process documentation and system job aids.
- Provides Workday system support including: process questions, troubleshooting errors and tenant management
- Is able to make decisions as it pertains to Workday processes and processing transactions in lieu of manager oversight
- Provide direction and oversee processes and procedures to support the integrity of data within and reported by HR systems
- Supports special projects during the year, including: testing, documentation gathering and mass data changes
- Uses a systematic approach to identify, analyst and bring about improvement to HR processes
- Delivers routine and ad hoc reporting to key stakeholders
- Provides guidance and instruction for HR Administrators as well as backup support
- And as with most any job, other duties as assigned
What We're Looking for:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong compliance understanding
- BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record
- Deep interest in learning and evolving HR at a rapidly growing company
- Ability to operate in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with changing priorities as required
- Must be a self-starter, able to work autonomously, and able to operate with minimal supervision in a highly visible role
- Proven ability to manage many concurrent projects and complete tasks in a timely manner with precision, using independent judgment to accomplish goals
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Ability to follow through on tasks until completed
- Ability to handle complex issues and sensitive information with high regard for confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop productive relationships at all levels
- Proficient with: MS Office Suite, Visio, HCM processing (Workday preferred)
