About the Opportunity ✍️
 

The HRIS Specialist is responsible for the strategic implementation, management, and optimization of our HR technology stack. This includes leading the configuration, maintenance, and support of core HR systems like Workday, while ensuring data integrity and compliance. The HRIS Specialist will partner closely with various stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, improving employee experience, and supporting data-driven decision making across the organization.

What you will do…

• Maintain and configure our HRIS (Workday) to meet business requirements, ensuring data integrity and system security

• Provide ongoing support to our People team and end-users, including training, resolving system issues and creating user documentation

• Create custom reports and analyze data to provide actionable insights to People leadership and other stakeholders

• If needed, lead the implementation of new HRIS modules and enhancements, including testing and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployment

What you will need…

• 2-4 years of experience working with HRIS systems, with at least 1-2 years focused on Workday (certifications will be highly appreciated) 

• Deep understanding of HR processes, data management, and best practices for system implementation and maintenance

• Proven ability to work with data (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)

• Excellent problem solving skills with a user-centric mindset

• Ability to work autonomously, exercising sound judgment, whilst also being a strong team player
