Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.</span></span></p><p><span><span lang="EN-GB"> </span></span></p><p><span><span lang="EN-GB"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></span></span><span><b><span lang="EN-US"><strong></strong></span></b></span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Documenting of risk appetite for each class of business and continuous review of same</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Produce reports with clear findings and recommendations on products, underwriting footprint and market opportunities as requested</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Identifying new product and/or process opportunities to improve products and strengthen Underwriting rules to reduce claims and/or improve overall customer experience</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Responsibility for smaller non material classes of business/product/Scheme offerings</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Reviewing and developing our Product wordings to adapt to changes in the trading environment and AXA Group requirements</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Engaging with our Reinsurance colleagues and providers to maintain the required level of coverage</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Engaging with our colleagues in AXA Group and other AXA entities to share expertise and leverage the capabilities of the organisation as a whole</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Use portfolio analysis to identify areas of concern and development of action plans</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Develop and deliver Underwriting training programmes to sales and Underwriting staff on product features and acceptance rules, rating and risk appetite</span></p><p><span><span>·</span><span>         </span>Work wit
