Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for residents

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed PT

• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team

• Educate residents and families on exercises and care plans

• Contribute to a positive and encouraging environment for residents and team members

Requirements:

• Active California PTA License

• Compassionate and patient-centered mindset

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Skilled nursing facility experience preferred, but not required
