What should you bring along
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience with data integration platforms, ETL tools and operations
- Working experience with enterprise data warehouses is a plus
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage the rollout of complex systems from data perspective
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and managing data integration workflows using ETL tools
- Ability to document data integration processes and provide training or support
- Expertise in different query languages like SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases and services (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience in API integration and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Familiarity with data governance practices and tools for monitoring and auditing integrations
- Drive to optimize and improve existing data workflows for better performance and scalability
- Proven track record of optimizing data workflows to ensure seamless migration, synchronization, and deduplication of relational and transactional data
- Takes full responsibility for decisions, actions, and outcomes within their area of expertise, ensuring a high level of performance, quality, data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems
- Understanding of compliance requirements and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR)
- Knowledge of ITSM and ITIL frameworks to align integration practices with operational standards
- Effective communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and product owners
- Flexibility to adapt to new tools, technologies, and evolving business requirements
- Excellent English verbal and written skills
