What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 2+ Years of Multifamily Maintenance Experience (Required)
• Strong HVAC Experience (Required, EPA Certification Type II or Universal)
• General Maintenance Skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems
• Willingness to Take After-Hours Calls
• Basic Tools & Reliable Transportation
• Ability to Walk the Property and handle weather conditions

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards
• Complete service requests and "make-readies" for new residents
• Respond to repair requests, including after-hours calls
• Assist with interviewing, training, and managing service, custodial, and grounds teams
• Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and guests
• Manage inventory and operate within a set maintenance budget
• Supervise in-house and vendor work and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
