About the role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Growth & Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in security services, including manned guarding, electronic security, risk management, and consultancy.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals and tenders to potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in all US and Canada Accounts.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to promote security solutions.
- Address client concerns and ensure service satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies and value propositions based on market demands.
- Provide insights for service improvements and expansion strategies.
- Attend Key Security conferences
- Participate in the CISO CAB’s
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with operations, marketing, and service teams to deliver customized security solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance, track progress, and report key metrics to senior management.
- Provide regular updates on market developments and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security services industry.
- Strong understanding of security solutions, including physical security, cybersecurity, and integrated security systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with government contracts and corporate security clients.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the security industry.
- Strong networking abilities and industry contacts.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $113,100 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.
