Job Title: Area Supervisor / Project Supervisor
Location: Milwaukee Region (includes travel to off-site locations)
Salary: $50,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time 

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, motivated Area Supervisor / Project Supervisor to support operations in a growing territory. This role blends hands-on supervision with project oversight and requires someone who is independent, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal day-to-day direction while still reporting to a manager.

The person in this role will play a key part in training and supporting staff, maintaining high-quality service, and managing cleaning-related projects as they come up. As our business grows in Wisconsin, flexibility and strong communication will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff across assigned sites
  
  
• Deliver and manage cleaning supply inventory
  
  
• Visit job sites regularly to coach employees and ensure quality standards
  
  
• Build positive working relationships with staff and clients
  
  
• Address performance issues or training gaps with professionalism and care
  
  
• Assist with and supervise project-based work as needed
  
  
• Maintain a flexible schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, and split shifts
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols (OSHA training provided)
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
  
  
• Prior supervisory and cleaning experience required
  
  
• Must pass a background check
  
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  
  
• Experience with scissor lifts and safety training (OSHA certification provided)
  
  
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
  
• Able to work flexible hours based on operational needs
  
  

Initial Assignment:

The position will begin with a daytime project at a nearby paint company, with the opportunity for growth as new accounts are added in the Wisconsin area.
