Job Description

THE POSITION:

The Lead HR Technology Analyst is responsible for supporting and contributing to the successful delivery & management of the Enterprise HCM (UKG Pro) with a primary focus on Payroll and Time & Attendance functionality. The Lead HR Technology Analyst will proactively partner with internal Functional Owners & technical resources to plan & configure new functionality, optimize stabilized functionality, develop basic to mid-level complexity data reports, support existing User Population & operate as the Technical SME for Payroll and Time & Attendance modules. This includes gathering requirements, capabilities assessments, project/task planning, develop/test/launch functionality, & maintenance. This also includes scheduling and communicating system maintenance and upgrades, resolution of technical issues, & creating technical documentation. The position will identify, research, track, and ensure timely resolution or appropriate escalation of technical issues (internal user support & external vendor support).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Lead HR Technology Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, and Legal to understand the business needs in order to drive sustainable time & attendance and payroll technology solutions.

These results are achieved by:

  • Technical subject matter expert (SME) for Time & Attendance and Payroll modules, responsible for understanding key business processes and reporting to drive continuous improvements and efficiencies.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organization.
  • Recommend business process, reporting and system enhancements to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Proactively engage key stakeholders and technical resources to define requirements, manage project tasks, and execute testing activities.
  • Lead cross-functional enhancements and projects supporting the functional delivery and leading the technical execution through timely implementations and stabilization.
  • Understand critical internal and external interfaces and how data is used throughout our end-to-end processes.
  • Responsible for the configuration, testing and documentation to any changes to the system, security, and reporting.
  • Lead the deployment of future releases and system maintenance.

  • Travel (as needed)
  • Hours (40 per week with occasional overage to meet critical deadlines/resolve critical issues, M - F)
