$17.95 USD per Hour

$1.00 per hour Bonus for all Night Shifts

$2.25 per hour attendance Bonus

Qualifications:

• 6 months of Forklift Operator experience in the last 12 months LISTED on the Application for consideration.

• May work with corrective lenses if vision problems.

• May be provided PPE for additional hearing protection as needed. Cold Storage Experience Preferred.

• Must pass drug screening.

• The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation:

• Must be willing and able to stand, sit, bend, walk, stretch, climb, push, pull, kneel, squat and reach.

• Must be willing and able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20-70 pounds.

• Must be willing and able to work in the cold (10 degrees below zero to 105 degrees) or damp environments and these areas may have slippery walking surfaces.

• Must be able to read and understand labels, numbers, instructions, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities:

• During your work shift, which will consist of up to (12) hours, you must be willing to move around the work area at a fast pace and willing to bend, squat, lift, push, pull, up to (50) pounds.
• This position is responsible for ensuring all product and materials are loaded, unloaded, and processed through the warehouse in a timely and accurate manner using a motor-powered forklift while adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. Team members will be fully re-trained and certified on forklift during orientation.
•  As part of efficiently completing job tasks, a handheld scanner will be used to track products as it is loaded, unloaded, and moved around the facility.
• At certain times, other job duties may be part of the routine.
• Follow all Tyson Policies and Safety Guidelines.
• Sub Duties (May be required to work any or all of these positions)
• Receiver – Receives product accurately into the building using PIT.
• Put Away – Pulls product that has been received and puts it into the racking. May be required to palletize or split pallets.
• Replenisher – Pulls pallets from racking to replenish pick faces.
• Picker – (Case picker/Order Selector and full pallet picker) pulls product either in single or full palletized form to fill and build customer orders.
• Loader – Loads trucks with product in an efficient manner that will avoid product damage or loss.
