The Vendor Relations Coordinator manages the day-to-day Cash in Transit (CIT) operations. This involves managing the Cash Vendors in all aspects of delivery of cash orders for MS customers. Ensures achievement of all customer and internal SLAs and KPI, addressing and/or escalating performance issues as required.
- Opening and closing tickets in external and internal systems
- Responsible for reviewing, responding, and resolving client issues via email, phone and ticketing systems
- Responsible for vendor management as it pertains to regular scheduled services and unscheduled services
- Responsible for vendor management as it pertains to special projects
- Escalate unresolved issues according to SLA's and established department procedures
- Communicate with vendors at a local and national level as well as internal Diebold Nixdorf Business Teams as necessary to resolve client issues
- Potential for in-person meetings both at Diebold Nixdorf facilities and off-site/customer locations
- Developing Action Plans to drive performance
- Provide analytical input to manage Cash Vendor delivery activities
- Serve as the liaison between customer, PM, CDM, CAE, PS and Cash Vendor
- Responsible for client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- BA in Business or equivalent 0-2 years customer-facing experience
- Cooperate with Cash Vendors to adjusts processes to enhance effectiveness, solve recurring problems, or improve efficiency
- Ability to coordinate work groups both internal and external for Diebold Nixdorf
- Collaborates with functional teams to generate solutions to challenging problems
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suites
- Time flexible and independent team player a must
- Eligible for OT – Potential 10K a year
Salary Range: $42,000 to $46,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies and relevant experience.
