What You’ll Do

Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and inspire a team of business systems experts, setting the tone for a culture of innovation, partnership, and accountability. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the way we work and drive results.

Collaboration and Interaction

• Collaborate with key leaders and business partners to facilitate strategic planning and road-mapping.

• Provide oversight of solutions delivery and ensure the resolution of escalated issues.

• Act as a bridge for communication on any critical issues while consistently demonstrating a service-oriented approach.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key finance stakeholders to address their business problems and drive organizational growth and scale.

• Work with leaders to translate business needs into technology solutions and strive for business clarity of strategy when needed.

Innovation and Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to inspire change and simplify processes.

• Lead the implementation of new solutions to enhance delivery speed and product quality.

• Stay abreast of emerging and new technologies.

• Actively collaborate with business partners to derive and drive value from existing and new system technology investments.

• Collaborate with key finance stakeholders to ensure systems capabilities align with their needs.

What You’ll Need

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience delivering Finance systems capabilities, ideally within the high-tech industry and with a global team.

• 8+ years of direct people management experience, which should encompass leading Directors and Managers.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Recognized as a company-wide thought leader with extensive industry knowledge and may be regarded as a technical authority with ownership of large or diverse functional groups.

• Proven experience managing a global team responsible for optimizing, managing, and supporting a public company Finance application portfolio. 

• Experience with platforms such as Workday, NetSuite, Zuora, Xactly, Coupa, Adaptive/Anaplan, Salesforce.com, and Workiva is a plus.

• Prior experience leading at least 2 full cycle ERP implementations.

• Previous experience in QTC (Quote to Cash) optimization and SaaS Billing solution implementation.

• Demonstrated strategic planning, critical thinking, change management, and influencing skills.

• Proven ability to effectively partner with global, geographically distributed teams to deliver business technology solutions.

• A knack for inspiring behavior change, setting priorities, and making decisions in ambiguous situations.

How You’ll Be Rewarded:

• Salary range in the US: 

$174,000.00 - $296,000.00

• A discretionary bonus typically paid annually
