Continual development of data gathering and reporting processes will also be required.<br/></span></p><p><span>In particular your role will include the following: </span></p><ul><li>Support the production of monthly management packs and key financial/ KPI reports for the Board, EC, CFO and Shareholders, providing robust and detailed interpretation of financial results to enable the business to take timely actions to achieve targets</li><li>Develop narrative of identified variances and provide financial insight for various stakeholders linked to commercial and other drivers.</li><li>Working alongside the finance systems team to drive improvement of the reporting process, through further automation and structure to the reporting systems</li><li>Develop new reports for performance reporting of financials and KPI’s to provide greater clarity and understanding of combined business performance</li><li>Partnering with the technology teams to understand the drivers of costs, and provide education to those who own the activities, with a goal to optimise upstream activity</li><li>Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.</li><li>Analyse historical financial data and industry trends to identify key drivers and assumptions for financial projections.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for model inputs.</li><li>Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various business decisions and external factors.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.</li><li>Ad Hoc Projects and Analysis: Conduct ad hoc projects and analyses to address specific business needs. Develop innovative reporting methodologies to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide support for industry analysis. </li><li>Monitor product and client performance, analyse key cost drivers and make recommendations to drive optimisation</li><li>Develop a comprehensive program to optimise cloud (GCP) spend</li><li>Provide support procurement in contract negotiations to drive down spending</li></ul> <h3>Skills you should have</h3> <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.)</li><li>5+ strong experience in FP&amp;A/Corporate Finance or equivalent work experience</li><li>Experience in Finance Business partnering is required </li><li>Candidates must be self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, able to work autonomously, and perform tasks with a wide range of difficulties</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build successful relationships and partners at all levels</li><li>Ability to work in English as the main language</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritise tasks and adapt to constant changes</li><li>Experience in a high-growth technology company</li><li>Strong analytical skills, being able to review and interpret large amount of data from various sources </li><li>Strong financial modelling skills; ability to build full model from scratch</li><li>Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and various projects at the same time</li><li>Experience in Cloud computing is desirable</li><li>Fintech experience is not required but would be beneficial</li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <p><span>We offer a <strong>flexible form of contract</strong> according to your preference and the characteristic of the job.
