The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Associate Systems Administrator to join the team in Berkeley, MO.
As a System Administrator, you will support operations and integration activities within technology environments performing both program direct and indirect information technology and project coordination and management tasks primarily for proprietary customer programs.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the system integration, hardware and software installation, configuration and disposition of servers and workstations to support the architecture
Provides support for the design, validation and implementation of changes to computing delivery systems
Performs system monitoring and backup and restore procedures to ensure system and data availability
Administers user’s system access to meet security requirements
Performs problem resolution as appropriate
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years experience using computing systems
1+ years experience supporting Windows operating systems (Windows 10/ Server 2012 or greater)
1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Experience with security configuration "lockdowns" and/ or Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Security+ (equivalent or higher) certification
Experience using Virtualization technology (Virtual Machine (VM)ware, Storage Area Network (SAN), PC over Internet Protocol (PCoIP))
Experience with Local Area Networking (LAN) networking (Virtual LAN configurations, Cisco Operating System, etc.)
Experience with advanced server Administration
Experience with Linux
Experience engaging with business and functional stakeholders to discuss and present technical and project related information
Experience with Relationship Management
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master, 6 year's related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:

Summary pay range: $68,850 - $93,150
