The Team:

The S&P Global Market Intelligence ETF & Benchmarking Solutions (EBS) team is composed of subject matter experts in ETF’s, index solutions, and custom baskets.  We are dedicated to providing insightful products, services, and thought leadership to EBS’s diverse client base while delivering a superior client experience. Our team collaborates closely with our Product, Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure we exceed our customers’ expectations and provide  first-class service.

Responsibilities and Impact:

S&P Global provides a comprehensive view of the global ETP market to support the needs of all ETP market participants. Our solutions are designed to meet the needs of all ETP market participants, from ETP issuers and buy-side investors to brokers and market makers.

• Managing a portfolio of clients to ensure all product needs are met, gather feedback from clients on product usability and enhancements, and work with the product management team to create a relevant product roadmap
• Enhancing existing relationships with key stakeholders at banks, custodians, prime brokers, issuers, market makers, by leading product demonstrations, training clients, creating reports, and addressing client requests
• Provide expert advice and insights to clients on the utilization of our solutions.
• Ensure the successful implementation and integration of solutions for clients
• Collaborating with the sales and account management teams to identify new business opportunities and support the overall sales and renewal process

What We’re Looking For:

You are a versatile, analytical thinker who likes a balance between tactical and strategic responsibilities. You enjoy interacting with clients and colleagues and can also work independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience within the ETF ecosystem, as well as strong knowledge of other investment products and indexed investing
• Broad knowledge of financial markets
• Ability to present detailed product features
• Comfortable meeting clients both virtually and in person
• Ability to balance competing priorities of multiple clients
• Ability to travel to meet clients (<10%)

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $160,000- 185,000 USD Annual. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses, and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
