Role Overview:

As the Director of Automation, you will spearhead the development and execution of our automation strategy to streamline processes, drive operational excellence, and maximize productivity across all areas of the organization. You will lead a talented team of automation engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, implement cutting-edge technologies, and deliver scalable solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's automation strategy in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Lead and mentor a team of automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on potential impact and feasibility.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, including robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning, artificial intelligence (AI), and other emerging technologies.
• Partner with IT and engineering teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and ROI of automation initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in automation technology, evaluating their potential impact on our business and recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all automation projects.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of successfully leading automation initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong technical expertise in automation technologies, including RPA platforms, AI/ML frameworks, process optimization tools, etc.
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
