You are the dynamic, professional Clinical Training Lead we are looking for. In a full time capacity, you will be responsible for training on daily operations of the clinical support team functions of Meridian Health Services facilities.
This position will be scheduled Mon-Fri 8a-5p and will include up to 75% travel to between office locations.

Training Lead - Clinical Key Responsibilities:
- Communication (verbal and written) and consultation with center staff.
- Responsible for the training of Clinical Support Staff.
- Maintains and updates documentation of Clinical Support Team training.
- On site visits to assure Clinical Support Staff procedures are being followed and assisting staff with any questions or concerns.
- Maintain working knowledge of Meridian’s clinical policies and procedures.
- Travel will be required.
- Departmental specific tracking/monitoring requirements.
- Run and work reports such as liabilities and other reports as needed or assigned.
- Maintain a close working relationship with Supervisors/Manager and staff members in the department.
- Training team to support any new offices or joint ventures with partners.
- Assist the Director of Nursing Services with Quarterly Audits
- Assist in office locations that needs Clinical Support to support the daily operation.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
We are seeking Training Lead - Clinical candidates with the following qualities:
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, NCMA, CCMA, or RMA) or LPN License required
- High school diploma or equivalency required; Associates degree preferred
- Prefer six months to a year of work experience, preferably in clinic setting
- Valid driver’s license, a driving record meeting Meridian's driving policy, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
