Finance Referee (4 hours)

Responsibilities includes the following controlling and accounting activities

• Preparation of reports and analysis for management, active participation in the monthly closing.
• Maintain financial and controlling records.
• Support and prepare financial decision.
• Support the implementation of the SAP system.
• Monitoring projects from a financial point of view (preparation of cash flow plans).
• Developing new reports, processes from existing data.
• Checking, processing, storing and recording of certification of completion in accordance with accounting criteria; preparing invoices.
• Preparing and getting authorisation bank transfers.
• Treatment of claims.
• Liaise with bank and external accountants.
• Provide data to external accountants, auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Business administration, Finance or equivalent education or related experience in lieu of degree.
• Plus a minimum of 3 years of related work experience (finance controlling and/or accounting).
• 20 hours working time per weeks.
• Excellent skills in Excel (e.g. Power Query).
• Confident using of ERP systems.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Developed analytical, Excellent interpersonal & Problem solving skills.
• Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
• Nice to have:
• prior experience with SAP
• IFRS knowledge.
