Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

You will be part of an Iberian team producing integrated communication to support Bosch achieving its strategic targets in different areas.

Your role will report to the Head of Corporate Communications in Iberia.

What will you do?
- Contribute to the attraction and retention of talents by leading the definition and implementation of the internal communications strategy in the region.

- Develop, deliver, evaluate and report on internal communications and engagement activities strategies.

- Effectively manage internal communications channels and identify improvement opportunities.

- Support the organization of internal and external engagement events.
Partner closely with a worldwide communications community.

- Establish a close relationship with key partners in different departments providing advice and helping define communication strategy and campaigns.
 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

-An expert on internal communications and engagement with excellent skills on writing and campaigning.

- Strong relationship and collaboration skills.

- Passion for writing and excellent adaptation skills to different communication channels.

- Attention to details and like to understand pretty well what you are communicating.

- Team player and strive to build bridges with other people.

- Comfortable with multitasking and cope well with pressure.

- Work on multiple projects while ensuring ontime delivery.

- Portuguese native, advanced English level (mandatory) and good level of Spanish (preferable).

- 7 years experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing or related areas, preferably in a large and/or multinational company.
