BTC provides individual business travelers and SMEs with <b>exclusive services that redefine the travel experience</b>, enhancing loyalty, driving growth, and ensuring long-term profitability. </p> <p>By strengthening the <b>brand-customer relationship</b> and unlocking new opportunities through optimized supplier management, BTC plays a <b>key role in HRS’s DACH market strategy</b>. The unit focuses on disrupting the traditional hotel and workplace supply chain, <b>merging e-commerce with a next-generation business travel experience</b>. </p> <h2><b>POSITION</b></h2> <p>As a <b>Senior Product Designer</b>, your mission is to shape and innovate BTC’s digital solutions, helping position HRS as a leader in the evolving business travel space.</p> <p>You’ll craft seamless, user-centric experiences across our platforms (<b>HRS.de, HRS.com, and HOTEL.de</b>), ensuring they are not only functional but <b>intuitive, efficient, and engaging</b>. </p> <p>You’ll work at the intersection of <b>design, product, engineering, data, and marketing</b>, ensuring that our solutions are both user-focused and aligned with business goals.
