• 2+ years of multi-family property management experience

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel; Entrata experience a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Lead and support office and maintenance teams
• Approve expenditures and participate in hiring decisions
• Ensure compliance with housing and safety regulations
• Provide exceptional resident service and handle requests efficiently
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
