As an Executive Administrative Assistant at GSK, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our leaders. You’ll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements while fostering collaboration across teams. We value proactive, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced settings and bring strong organizational and communication skills to the table.
Key responsibilities include:
In this role, you will:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts for senior leaders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely submission of expense reports.
- Organize logistics for meetings, events, and team activities, including venue booking and technology setup.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, ensuring prompt responses or delegation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

Basic Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience handling sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Experience
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- An associate degree or higher.
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a global organization.
- Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Teams, or other collaboration platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
