So if you want to be part of a caring, encouraging environment where you can realize your full potential, we’re with you.</p><p></p><p><b>Would you like to discover how our diverse, hardworking people are leading the way in making energy cleaner and better – and how you can play your part in our world-class team?</b></p><p>Join our Ethics &amp; Compliance Team and advance your career as a<br/><br/><b>Ethics &amp; Compliance Liaison (Finance FBT)</b></p><p></p><p><b>In this role You will: </b></p><ul><li>Partner with the broader ECL community to embed ethics and compliance practices into bp's daily business operations</li><li>Promote our code, 'Who we are’ and speak-up culture </li><li>Acting as the key business touchpoint for E&amp;C enquiries, advice and assurance</li><li>Identify, assess and monitor all E&amp;C risks, as well as support Counterparty Due Diligence, High-Risk Agents and Non-Operated Joint Venture management</li><li>Support the development and implementation of an E&amp;C plan to manage the risks in their business entities</li><li>Clearly and consistently demonstrate your dedication to our code and values</li><li>Act as the “face of E&amp;C” and the ‘go to’ expert for support on compliance matters</li><li>Act as a speak up channel and promote a healthy speak up culture</li><li>Be the single point of contact for E&amp;C with respect to the Concerns management and investigations process</li><li>Provide functional assurance on E&amp;C risks in the annual review of risk management reporting process in conjunction with E&amp;C, legal and the business</li><li>Work with our communications partner, incorporate ethics and compliance into the business entities annual communications plan</li><li>Share guidelines and lessons learned with your entity/sub-entity as well as with the ECL community and the E&amp;C function</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What You will need to be successful:</b></p><ul><li>Strong background and experience in Ethics &amp; Compliance, Legal or Audit</li><li>Ability to access and influence senior leaders to discuss E&amp;C activities and issues with the ability to provide practical solutions</li><li>Strong presentation skills and ability to challenge senior business leaders when needed</li><li>Ability to maintain a level of independence to speak up when there are risks to the company’s reputation or regulatory compliance</li><li>Competency leading and supervising development and application of E&amp;C strategies, plans and programmes</li><li>Strong strategic skills and well-developed eye for business to think, act and influence in ways that support balanced E&amp;C culture in the business</li><li>Strong risk management and mitigation capability</li><li>Ability to evaluate the impact of changes in the bp code of conduct, policies, regulations or standards on a businesses’ commercial, reputational and regulatory environment</li><li>Proficiency analyzing data and discerning trends and themes to develop activities to improve E&amp;C culture across the businesses</li><li>Proficiency in English language</li></ul><p></p><p><b>At bp, we provide the following environment &amp; benefits to you:</b></p><ul><li>Different bonus opportunities based on performance, wide range of cafeteria elements</li><li>Life &amp; health insurance, medical care package</li><li>Flexible working schedule: home office up to 2 days / week, based on team agreement</li><li>Opportunity to build up long term career path and develop your skills with wide range of learning options</li><li>Family friendly workplace e.g.: Extended parental leave, Mother-baby room</li><li>Employees’ wellbeing programs e.g.: Employee Assistance Program, Company Recognition Program</li><li>Possibility to join our social communities and networks</li><li>Chill-out and collaboration spaces in our beautiful Budapest Agor
