Position Overview: Capital City Club Crabapple offers a fantastic opportunity for young men and women to become valued members of our prestigious caddie team at our private Club. As a Caddie, your role will be pivotal in delivering the utmost professionalism and outstanding customer service to our esteemed Members and Guests during their golf rounds.

Requirements:

• Fundamental golf knowledge.
• While competitive golf experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.
• Physical fitness to comfortably carry two golf bags, each potentially weighing up to 35 pounds, while traversing the golf course (approximately 6 miles in total).

Responsibilities:

• Engage with members and guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
• Safely transport and attend to golfers' equipment.
• Accurately calculate yardages for golfers.
• Skillfully locate errant golf shots.
• Contribute to the maintenance of the golf course by replenishing divots, raking bunkers, and repairing pitch marks.

Compensation:

• Earn $8 per hour plus gratuity.
