Entry-Level Client Associate

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Associate to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals eager to launch a career in event marketing, client services, and experiential marketing.

In this role, you’ll support client relationships, assist with marketing campaigns, and gain hands-on experience with live events and brand activations, building a strong foundation for a long-term career in marketing and event management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior account managers and event coordinators in planning, organizing, and executing events

• Serve as a client-facing point of contact under supervision, supporting communications and expectations

• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, vendor management, and onsite support

• Support the creation of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations

• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

• Maintain accurate records in client databases and CRM systems

• Attend events to assist with setup, registration, and client engagement

• Prepare post-event reports and client follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends for events

• No prior experience required — hands-on training provided
