About the team:

The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated. We aim to bring discovery, inspiration, and joy back to shopping by making TikTok the commerce channel of choice for merchants, creators, and affiliates. We are looking for a resource planning & analytics associate for our newly formed team.



Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce resource planning strategies with a specialization in incentive design, including goal/budget setting and performance review.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and benchmarks for merchant incentives, staying informed about emerging best practices.

- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to creator incentives, such as conversion rates, GMV growth,, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

- Work closely with the product teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of creator incentive programs.

- Collaborate with the finance team to analyze the financial impact of creator incentive programs and optimize resource allocation based on ROI analysis.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of creator incentive programs, recommending and implementing adjustments to maximize their impact.
