Requirements:

• Understanding of operation and repair of auxiliary equipment such as conveyors, temperature control units, color blenders, chillers, dryers and hot runner systems.
• Hydraulics
• Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic systems by isolating circuitry and testing pressures, pumps, motors and valves.
• Ability to read and understand hydraulic prints
• Electrical
• Understanding of electrical systems ranging from 24v dc – 480v AC.
• Ability to read and understand electrical prints
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems, motor contactors, relays, heaters and low voltage
• Understanding of IMM machine function with the ability to troubleshoot through input/output screens and/or PLC.
