The Program Delivery Lead will work with the Primary Care Organization (PCO)’s National Director of Behavioral Health (BH) Strategy and Operations and the Tandem Care Medical Director at CenterWell at The Villages (CTV) to oversee operations, performance management, and future state strategy for the Tandem Behavioral Health Care program. Tandem Care is an in-house Collaborative Care model serving patients with behavioral health needs through an interdisciplinary team-based model that includes PCPs, LCSWs, psychologists, psychiatrists and other clinical and supporting staff. It is currently based in the Villages, Florida. This role will report to the PCO’s Director of BH Strategy and Operations.The Program Delivery Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from designing program operations and improvements, developing analytical performance management processes and dashboards, addressing day-to-day execution and challenges, and supporting the operational needs of the program’s clinical leadership. The Program Delivery Lead will partner with various leaders, including the Tandem Care Program’s Medical Director, regarding implementation, planning, and execution of the programs. The Program Delivery Lead will exercise independent judgment and decision making to drive job duties and related tasks, demonstrate end-to-end ownership and attention to detail, bring a high caliber of analytic rigor, and have an internally self-motivated working style, feeling confident to drive work autonomously.
This is a critical role requiring an ownership mindset that can manage multiple processes end-to-end in parallel in close collaboration with many functional and clinical teams. The successful candidate will carry out the following duties and responsibilities:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Owns design and support of Tandem Care operations, execution, and improvement.
- Monitors progress and performance against program objectives. Includes the ability to be forward-thinking while not losing sight of immediate priorities.
- Owns, designs, and executes analytics related to budgets, forecasts, KPIs, technology enablement and integrations. Includes ownership of program dashboard and executive-level performance reporting.
- Owns business partner design of technical products that support the nears of Tandem Care and PCO clinicians and works in close collaboration with PCO product teams to deliver
- Establish collaborative relationships and work with strategic key stakeholders, including clinical teams, technology and data analytics leaders, and Complex Care leadership to support program and project implementation and facilitate adoption of new strategies and tactics.
- Manages special projects at the request of National BH Director on an ad-hoc basis to support needs across range of topics, including operations and processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. health care administration, business administration, social work)
- 5+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, including in health-related product, IT, analytics, preferably in value-based care or behavioral health
- 5+ years of cross-functional translation tooling experience (e.g., sitting between clinical leadership team and hands-on-keys product development team)
- Experience in developing performance dashboards – specifically defining metric definitions, collaborating with analytics and tech teams to implement dashboards, and performing metric quality checks - and defining product feature specifications
- Excellent collaboration capabilities and high EQ; integrator, can connect the dots and understand how to optimize system-level processes and build meaningful relationships across stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in behavioral health care or value-based care settings (Collaborative Care experience ideal)
- Exposure and experience working with EMR platforms (e.g., Athena)
- Master’s degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, social work, or a related field.
- Reside in the Villages, FL metro area
