A developing professional building experience beyond research analyst skills.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><b>DAILY TASKS</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Supporting your team with wider scope assignments specific to your team/area</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Collaboration across teams and groups in wider Risk Ops team</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>May lead and be accountable for </span><span>specific projects and associated teams</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provides input to the objectives and goals of the team</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Supporting the team lead and peers with ad-hoc tasks related to research, training, mentoring and communication</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Regular communication with team members, leads, development teams, user groups’ leads, vendors and other partners</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Lead tasks, projects, and assignments in your team</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p>Demonstrate and mentor others on living company's culture and values</p></li></ul><p><span> </span></p><p><b>WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING</b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Extensive overview and experience in WC research and content</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluency in<b> English</b></span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of<b> reading </b>and <b>writin</b></span><b><span>g </span></b><span>in <b>Arabic and French</b></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Thorough country content knowledge and overview of regional trends and practices</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Proficient</span><span> user of all Data capture interface systems used (Dante, Bulk Edit, Bulk Create, SF)</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Experience in coaching and mentoring of peers</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Active participation in additional projects such as client facing interactions or various development workstreams</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Innovation and solution seeking attitude</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills</span></span><span> </span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Strong </span><span>self-</span><span>organization and time management skills</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Role Responsibilities &amp; Key Accountabilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Performs data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during the course of research projects</p></li><li><p>Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other on-going project work as needed.</p></li><li><p>Helps train, develop and coordinate more junior analysts</p></li><li><p>Demonstrates specific market / language skills to deliver on customer / business requirements, adhering to the quality metrics set​</p></li><li><p>Leads and supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues</p></li><li><p>Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets or compliance industry</p></li><li><p>Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / enrich to the data or use the data as is defined in the collection policy​</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with internal teams and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data</p></li><li><p>Supports specific sophisticated projects assigned and meets or exceed critical metrics defined</p></li><li><p>Reports process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
