Job Description
For our team in Oss we are looking for an enthusiastic candidate for an Analytical Physical position as (Associate) Specialist Extraneous Matter Analysis.
You will be responsible for:
- Widely applicable: participating in the lab, but also being able to delve into the subject matter.
- Writing of reports
- Follow up on project timelines and deliverables
- Participation in cross-functional project teams
- Supports, when applicable, in chemical management, 5S tasks, and keeping the lab in good condition

Qualifications
- BSc degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry or related science;
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in analytical development and/or validation (MBO with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience);
- Experience with at least FTIR and/or SEM-EDX
- Experience with other solid state characterization techniques such as XRPD, Raman, TA, DSC, DVS is a pre;
- Good documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team
- Ability to learn new techniques and multitask
- Good sense of quality
- Good technical, communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and proven performance record
- Abe to work with priorities, be flexible, real team player
- Good sense of language, being fluent in both in English and Dutch
