About the Role
Join a growing healthcare organization dedicated to transforming how seniors receive care. As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play an important role in coordinating patient services, supporting providers, and ensuring every patient receives compassionate, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities

Support physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams in daily patient coordination.

Conduct patient assessments and assist in developing care plans.

Manage referrals, follow-ups, and communication between patients, providers, and families.

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain accurate documentation and electronic health records (EHR).

Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve workflow and patient outcomes.

Provide education and guidance to patients and caregivers.

Perform other duties as needed to support patient care and office operations.
Qualifications
-
Medical Assistant Diploma/Certificate required
-
Previous experience in senior care, home health, or primary care preferred

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficient in electronic medical records and scheduling systems

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient satisfaction
