In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

 

CTEC is seeking a Help Line Manager to join our team onsite with the client in Baltimore, MD

 

Job Duties:

The Help Line Manager shall oversee a team of call center representatives responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of communication with beneficiaries and other program stakeholders. The Help Line Manager must coordinate with other SSA partners to ensure telephone communication is accurate and professional. The manager shall also be responsible for coordinating Help Line-related training and testing opportunities and testing.

 

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree from a currently accredited institution.

Experience

• Five (5) or more years combined experience in and in one or more of the following areas:
  • Accounting
  • Business Administration,
  • Management,
  • Public Administration,
  • Vocational Rehabilitation,
  • Social Work, or
  • Policy
