Annuity Modernization Business Delivery Lead

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Annuity business stakeholders through a multi-year transformational effort. This leader will partner closely with multiple business areas to ensure our Nationwide Annuity needs are delivered and enabled through our new technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Drive the business transformation process by developing and implementing a new administrative platform for Annuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Provide influential leadership to drive change and achieve desired outcomes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Key Experiences:

• Extensive experience in large-scale technology transformation or delivery of change within the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of people leadership and team management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change initiatives.
• Experience with annuity products and services is a plus.

This role will lead a small team of business associates as well as work in a matrix leadership role across multiple business dimensions. Working a hybrid schedule out of our Columbus, OH headquarters is required.

This position requires an in-depth understanding of the specific capability/ journey that is owned and the underlying technologies that need to come together in order to deliver on internal business outcomes and, more importantly, customer related outcomes.
