As Teamlead Elia Grid Master Data Management, you will play a crucial role in managing master data and geospatial information related to our high- and low-voltage equipment. </p> <p>You will lead a dynamic team that makes a significant impact within Elia, ensuring top-quality data that serves as the backbone of our operations. </p> <h2><b>What does the role involve?</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li><b>Daily operations:</b>  <ul> <li>You ensure timely and high-quality processing of operational master data processes.</li> <li>You communicate proactively with internal clients and, together with your team, define SLOs and SLAs to maintain data quality. </li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Expertise:</b>  <ul> <li>You act as the main point of contact for questions regarding the processes and data managed by your team.</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Project support: </b> <ul> <li>You leverage your expertise and that of your team to support strategic projects and key programs.</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Change management:</b> <ul> <li>You guide your team through major transformations, such as implementing new systems (e.g., GIS) and integrating new data streams (e.g., customer connectivity).</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Team development:</b>  <ul> <li>You coach and motivate your team members to further develop their skills, helping them grow into a self-steering and proactive team.</li> </ul> </li> <li><b>Recurring reporting:</b>  <ul> <li>You ensure the timely delivery of critical reports, such as network length calculations, NGI maps, and other operational reports. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h2><b>Your Profile</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>You hold a master’s degree in a technical field (preferably IT or data-oriented). </li> <li>You have at least 2 years of experience in people management within an operational environment. - You communicate effectively with both managers and experts. </li> <li>You are driven to deepen your knowledge in data governance, data analysis, and data science.</li> <li>You are eager to build a foundational understanding of high-voltage electrical systems. </li> <li>You have a pragmatic, hands-on mindset combined with strong analytical skills. </li> <li>You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English. </li> <li>Experience in the energy sector or knowledge of electrical systems is a plus but not a requirement.</li> </ul> <h2><b>Offer</b></h2> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Salary: a competitive salary package, allowance for representation expenses, year-end bonus, double vacation pay, meal vouchers (€8 per working day), eco-vouchers, sport &amp; culture vouchers, bonuses based on individual and group results. </li> <li>Insurance: group insurance, hospitalisation insurance, ambulant care insurance for the whole family and also personal accident insurance. </li> <li>Vacation: You will be entitled to 20 vacation days and 5 additional vacation days, 6 local days, 4 exempt days (after 1 year of employment) and up to 5 long-service days (1 day for every 3 years in employment). </li> <li>Social fund: Sinterklaas and year-end vouchers, birth and marriage allowance.
