- Proven work experience (2-4 years) in sales, specifically within the software, AI, or SaaS industries related to customer support solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively.
