What you'll do:
We are looking for a Full-Stack developer for our Customer Care cluster. You will be responsible for full stack development with a front end focus, for consumer-facing and internal products across more than 100 countries. We create the end-to-end experience for our customer contact channels such as call, webform, direct messaging and chat.

Who you are:
You should have a start-up experience where you have quickly developed prototypes and catalysed product development in a fast-paced, fluid environment. You are a hands-on developer with a full stack, front end focused experience. You are experienced with agile development and a champion of software development best practices.

Required:
        Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a full stack developer implementing interactive UIs using JS/TS and React.
        B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
        Solid understanding of JavaScript, browser APIs (example: messaging, web authentication, web storage, etc.).
        Experienced in using one or more cloud providers like AWS or Azure.
        Has experience in building accessible and performant websites.
        Solid understanding of responsive design supporting desktop, mobile, and tablet form factors.
        Excellent understanding of Service Oriented Architectures.

Desired
        Experience building interactive dashboards.
        Experience with Next.js framework.
        Experience with security critical software that handle personally identifiable information.
        Experience working at a startup or spin-offs where you got to create a product from scratch to go to market and serving users.
        Experience building complex interfaces to support expert user work flows.
        Webpack module federation and React.
        Familiarity with Go and GraphQL.
