Treatment Coordinator (Dental office)

Fishers, IN

Pay: $19-$23/hour

Schedule: Monday 8a-5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 7a-4pm

Preferred: Dental office experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Consultations: Conduct initial/periodic consultations with patients, explaining treatment options, procedures, and financial plans.
• Treatment Planning: Work closely with the doctor to develop and present customized treatment plans that meet patients’ needs and goals.
• Financial Coordination: Discuss financial arrangements with patients, including payment plans, insurance coverage, and financing options.
• Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with detailed information about restorative, orthodontic treatments, oral hygiene, and post-treatment care.
• Appointment Management: Schedule and manage patient appointments to ensure timely and efficient treatment progress.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, treatment plans, and financial documentation.
• Follow-Up: Ensure patients adhere to their treatment schedules and follow up with them to monitor progress and address any concerns. 
• Insurance Processing: Assist our team with insurance claims, pre-authorizations and verifications, ensuring maximum benefits are received.
• Patient Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families, providing support and encouragement throughout their orthodontic journey.
• Front Office Duties: Answer phones, schedule management, back up check in/check out.
• Additional Responsibilities: Responsibilities may be added or removed based on the needs of the business.
