Job Description:
What You'll Do
Collaborates with business leaders and subject matter experts (such as Remediation & Restitution business partners, Risk and Compliance, Analytics, and 3rd party vendors) to drive execution of the Discover-defined Counterparty Remediation Plan (CRP) and deliverables. Owns identification and documentation or artifacts related to the execution plan, as well as effective challenge of validity and quality of artifacts prior to acceptance. Supports the Execution team with Complaints and Issue triage, reporting, and other execution and delivery related tasks.
Responsible for managing projects from inception to implementation. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
How You'll Do It
- Gathers business requirements and translates them for project teams. Manage all aspects of each projects. Leads project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budgets, and meet business needs.
- Assembles project teams. Aligns roles and responsibilities for all project resources. Ensures project progress is tracked and team members are providing progress updates.
- Assists with business requirements analyses. Manages project scopes, issues, and risks. Ensures change controls are executed appropriately. Estimates work efforts and manages resources.
- Documents agendas, meeting minutes, action items, project plans, and issue logs. Communicate project statuses to stakeholders.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelors Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration and Management, or related.
- 4+ years Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience
In Lieu of Education
- 6+ years Project Management, Computer Science, Infrastructure Technology Solutions, or related experience

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $77,500.00 to $131,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.Benefits:
