Job Description:
This job is responsible for handling medium to large projects for a Line of Business that may be regional or national in scope. Key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedural changes and developing measurement criteria and project plans such as cost and resource estimates. Job expectations include working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies to implement change and improvements brought about by the project.

Line of Business Job Description:

This job is responsible for the day to day execution of User Acceptance Testing in the Charlotte ATM Labs on a large number of ATM machines. Key responsibilities include the planning, organization, monitoring and controls of ATM testing to ensure efficient and effective completion. Develop and socialize potential risk mitigation strategies. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders on deliverables, timelines and support needed. Candidate should be intellectually curious and detail-oriented. Partners with the business and/or external vendors to develop test plans and scripts, as well as with other testers, as needed, and be able to work alone when necessary. Candidate will be required to attend critical design meetings, team meetings and partner meetings as scheduled.

Also responsible for testing of change in accordance with Enterprise Change Management and ETS policies and standards. This job specifically works in the Charlotte ATM Labs each day to create and execute user Acceptance Testing scripts on a large number of ATM machines. Must be familiar with servicing of ATM machines, as well as ATM balancing within the financial centers. 

Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes current state processes, existing operations, procedures, and workflows and discovers pain points to develop approaches for potential solutions, including building a business case for improvement recommendations and driving the execution of implementation
  • Coordinates with the business to support defined project tasks, tracking deliverables and their statuses, and measuring progress against ongoing success measures
  • Supports partnerships with operations management to create project impact and provide direction and guidance to internal teams
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with relevant client stakeholders to communicate updates and escalate issues
  • Performs risk management activities to minimize project risks
  • Assists with creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
  • Leverages business knowledge to identify opportunities for improvement and supports change execution

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of ATM processing and ATM balancing
  • Required to work onsite in ATM labs located in uptown Charlotte 5 days per week
  • Must be able to stand, bend and lift for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
  • Must be able to use an ATM machine (key data, view screens, open and service devices as needed)
  • Must be comfortable working around large equipment
  • Must be able to work in tight spaces with other testers in a small shared space
  • Excellent communication/ problem solving skills
  • Ability to mine, organize and analyze data
  • Proven ability to both think strategically end-to-end and execute tactically leveraging Agile implementation tactics
  • Motivated self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
  • Must be comfortable with meeting facilitation
  • Adept at making sound, fact based business decisions
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and VISIO)
