The Coca-Cola Company is embarking on a comprehensive digital transformation, focusing on revolutionizing our End-to-End (E2E) SAP and Supply Chain processes and systems. We're on the hunt for an innovative and experienced Sr. Director IT - Global IT Supply Chain Planning to lead this charge, particularly within our key Concentrate Commercial Product Supply (CPS) business, while also influencing our broader organizational units and business partners.
As a Sr. Director, you will be the cornerstone for program management across Demand, Supply, and Material Planning, shouldering the task of crafting and delivering end-to-end solutions that bolster our business operations and achieve strategic objectives. You'll take the lead on Architecture and Operations within Technical & Supply Chain, steering the development and synchronization of our technology roadmaps, and capably guiding a proficient global team, inclusive of approximately 10 KO associates and additional Contingency Workers.
Your hands-on leadership will be critical in constructing, validating, and deploying the S/4 Hana solution for master data, ensuring a resilient supply chain process flow. As a key figure, you'll have the charge of seamlessly weaving together the various threads of Supply Planning, Demand and Inventory Planning, Automation and Orchestration, and SAP ARIBA Procurement functions, catalyzing groundbreaking initiatives that forge the path of our digital evolution.

What You’ll Do for Us
- In this diverse role, the incumbent will be tasked with working closely with our global CPS (Commercial Product Supply) Supply Chain business team to provide insights and thought leadership on ERP (SAP S/4) and Planning (SAP IBP) functionalities, including interfaced systems. A strong focus will be placed on various supply chain functions such as constrained Supply Planning, vendor collaboration leveraging SAP ARIBA, and Demand and Inventory Planning.
- Key responsibilities will include collaborating with project Consulting partners in the design, testing, training, and implementation of supply chain solutions. The candidate will enable Autonomous Planning (low/no-touch) features in alignment with the Supply Planning, Procurement, and vendor collaboration functions, and will play a central role within the project transformation functional teams, encompassing Demand, Inventory, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, ATP/Allocations, and Vendor Collaboration.
- Expertise in project management, change management, resource allocation, and system deployments will be vital. The role requires proactive collaboration with software vendors, exploring innovative ways to utilize software capabilities to optimize our E2E business processes and enhance data collaboration activities with external partners.
- The ideal candidate will harness their knowledge to drive E2E Supply Chain activity automation and provide strategic input across all functions as part of a cohesive transformation initiative. A hands-on approach, combined with strategic analysis and operational excellence, will be crucial to ensure successful execution and deployment of our supply chain systems and processes.
