Job Summary
The Field Service Business Analyst Intern will be responsible for cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data sets to support decision-making across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or soon to be graduate to gain hands-on experience working with data sets and building dashboards to inform business decisions.
Here's what you will do in this role:
- Learn business systems and how data is created in Field Service. Perform ad-hoc analysis using SQL, and ETL skills along with report building as the business dictates.
- Generates ad-hoc queries to support Field Service analysis requests from internal/external stakeholders
- Gather information, analyze data, and assist in special projects.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to various stakeholders
- Work with Field Service leadership to gather requirements, data context and foster data-driven decision making across the organization
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with data analytics, data modeling, data management, and data reporting and visualization (Tableau, PowerBI or similar tools)
- Relevant experience with data systems migration and reporting systems (SQL, Teradata, Snowflake) desired.
