Work You’ll Do

As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:

  • Oversees the protection of sensitive information and personnel through robust security protocols. 
  • Conduct thorough background investigations and adjudicate security clearances in accordance with federal guidelines. 
  • Maintain accurate records and certify compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address security risks and incidents as necessary

The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Their employment is tied to their role on a project, and they are eligible for a benefits package that is competitive for project delivery-focused professionals.

 

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required.
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities within a work model that requires professionals to co-locate in person 5 days per week in McLean, VA.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in security.

Preferred: 

  • Experience with security protocols
  • Experience with maintaining compliance and regulations.
