Office Clerk

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and code all freight invoices through JDE-Edwards, OTM and other systems.
• Assist with any housekeeping and 5S duties.
• Comply with QHSE policies and procedures.
• Scan documentation and upload documentation as needed.
• Manage DH distribution email to ensure freight invoices are processed in a timely manner.
• Create POs as needed.
• Work with other districts or divisions to ensure freight is coded correctly.
• May have to help manage open PO reports. 
• May have to help manage RNV report.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High School education or equivalent or 2-year experience in the distribution environment.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Proficient in Windows including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to perform problem solving to determine the correct BU is coded to freight invoices.
• Maintain a well organize workstation.
• Work in a Team environment.
• JDEdwards or similar ERP experience.
• Customer Service Skills - relating to communication, responsiveness, and ability to follow special instructions.
