WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Retail Supply Chain Operations Specialist who will be responsible for being the main point of contact for all field sales teams, training teams, community events, and sales advocates asset tracking. You will help drive operational execution of forward and reverse logistics as well as device traceability within internal and external asset management systems. You will be requested audits for all existing inventory from purchase point to end-user and expected to manage the EOL of the assets.
You will need to interact with Field leadership and be accessible to 450+ field members to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, you will be required to explain and resolve bottlenecks or risks to Field leadership.
Retail Supply Chain is focused on designing end-to-end supply chain that is agile and able to quickly respond to the speed of business. You will need to be an ambitious, self-starting, individual who possess excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills with a proven track record of collaboration across a large and diverse organization, and are able to think quickly and act strategically while not hesitating to assist in addressing a clear need impacting our corporate and field teams. Expectations include internal request processes and partnering with distribution to coordinate shipments. In addition, you will partner with Retail Supply Chain peers on the logistical, and operational oversight of our Consolidator.
