This role also holds secondary responsibility for managing third-party janitorial and landscaping contracts to maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained campus environment.
Essential Functions

Collaborate with the Facilities Manager and Procurement team on contract renewals, bid evaluations, and scope changes; apply critical analysis to vendor proposals to balance cost, quality, and operational risk.
Solve complex, non-routine problems by evaluating options, building cross-functional buy-in, and managing change with minimal operational disruption.
Build and lead engaged teams by assessing strengths, closing gaps, and making deliberate decisions about structure, culture, and development.
Evaluate employee performance and respond to issues with appropriately identified solutions.
Diagnose performance challenges in others and implement development plans.
