We are currently looking for our customer in Gründau for a 
Dispatcher / Material Management & Customer Service Clerk (f/m/d)

• Daily monitoring of quantities and on-time scheduling of various heating element product groups from the product portfolio

• Interface to our national and international customers

• Daily coordination of outgoing goods lists at finished part level with the warehouse and dispatch to the customer

• ERP-supported monitoring of critical customer demand fluctuations

• Close cooperation with the work preparation department and other internal production plants

• Contact person for important questions from customers, also in cooperation with the sales department

• Organisation and dispatch processing of special trips and special transports

• Support in the processing of complaints relevant to scheduling in consultation with the quality department in the event of over- or under-deliveries

  Dispatching is an important interface to our customers in the international automotive industry. In close co-operation with your partners on the customer side, you coordinate the delivery of our products on time and in the right quantities. This challenging and demanding task requires very good expertise, resilience and flexibility.

Requirements

• Completed commercial or specialised training

• At least approx. 2 years of professional experience as a dispatcher / material management & customer service clerk, ideally in the automotive industry

• Good written and spoken German and English skills are essential

• Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a prerequisite, furthermore you have experience in the use of an ERP system, ideally XPERT

• Negotiating skills and assertiveness

• Ability to work in a team, resilience and flexibility as well as a confident and personable demeanour
