Overview

TK Health is seeking a motivated Regional Registered Nurse to oversee medical operations across multiple County Detention Center Clinics in NE Oklahoma. This role is pivotal in launching new clinics, managing ongoing operations, and liaising with Detention Center administration and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage medical personnel across multiple clinic sites
• Start up and oversee clinic operations
• Collaborate with detention facility staff and leadership
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures
• Travel to various clinic locations as required

Qualifications

• Unencumbered Multi-state RN license (required)
• Minimum 1 year of management experience (required)
• Correctional experience preferred
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Oklahoma
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team-building abilities
