Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (Remote – Maryland Licensed Only)
Location: Fully Remote (Must hold an active Maryland license)
Schedule: Full-Time (36 hours/weekly) | Preferred Hours: Weekdays 2 PM–9 PM | Evening availability required; weekends a plus

Compensation & Workload
- $65 per billable hour — LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT (independently licensed)
- $45 per billable hour — LMSW, LGPC (requires supervision; limited openings)
- Target caseload: 25 sessions/weekly with 36 hours of availability!
- Strong referral pipeline to support full caseloads and income stability

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care Delivery
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to children, adolescents, and young adults (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care)
- Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning when clinically appropriate
Assessment & Treatment Planning
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized, client-centered treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on clinical outcomes
Care Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, school personnel, and other care providers
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and team meetings
- Coordinate referrals to higher levels of care or community resources as needed
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in the EHR
- Maintain up-to-date treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries
- Adhere to all state, federal, and organizational compliance standards
Family Engagement & Support
- Provide psychoeducation to caregivers and families
- Support family involvement in treatment planning and progress
- Address barriers to care and promote consistent engagement
Additional Contributions
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development activities
- Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Mentor or support junior clinicians (for independently licensed therapists)

Qualifications
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to youth and family mental health
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electron
