This team operates at the intersection of Seller Fulfilled Business, Product, Technology, Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Support functions. It focuses on delivering high-quality recommendations to advance business goals while maintaining rigorous standards. Team members are detail-oriented professionals who build trust with stakeholders and act as subject matter experts. Collaboration across multiple disciplines is key to driving informed decisions and effective solutions. The team values clear communication, data-driven insights, and proactive problem-solving to support business growth and operational excellence in a dynamic eCommerce environment. Locations: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR or San Bruno, CA
What you'll do:
  • Analyze customer and market data to generate actionable insights supporting eCommerce business strategies.
  • Develop and present clear, data-driven reports and recommendations to influence business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and resolve operational challenges.
  • Support project management activities by tracking progress, identifying risks, and proposing solutions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance and customer behavior, enhancing online engagement.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and alignment.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-focused solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information technology, retail, human resources, or related area OR 2 years’ experience in business, finance, information technology, or related area.
