Supply Chain Data Analyst 

 

Supply Chain Data Analyst for Luling, LA to gather, analyze, cleanse, document & visualize data for production planning, inventory, material transportation and warehousing; update & maintain supply chain and logistics KPIs; integrate & analyze plant data for root cause analysis and predictive production planning; coordinate, design & track service-level agreements; support digitalization projects; develop & implement process improvement plans to reduce or eliminate redundant activities. Requires Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics, Information Systems or closely-related field. Will accept a single degree or any combination of degrees, diplomas, professional credentials or professional experience determined to be equivalent by a qualified evaluation service. Position also requires 3 yrs experience manipulating, analyzing & visualizing large datasets to identify and quantify supply chain inefficiencies; using SAP modules, including Materials Management, Warehouse Management & Transportation Management, to monitor real-time data for integrated production planning and efficient inventory control; conducting business analysis & predictive modeling using Blue Yonder TMS, Fourkites, and Siemens MES to identify and mitigate capacity limitations, supplier delays and/or high logistics costs at key production steps; managing visualization, development & maintenance of supply chain KPIs, including production rates, real-time inventory levels and/or material transportation timelines for on-time delivery; and using Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI, Tableau, & Spotfire, to visualize transportation, material management and/or production data and communicate key insights to logistics and/or planning stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
